Return, Layaway, and Privacy Policy

Return Policy

Upon receipt of your order we must be notified within 48 hour of receipt if you want to return an item. New CD’s, must be unopened.

Defective product will be repaired or replaced based on the product warranty.

Deposits are non-refundable and may include a restocking fee.

Special Order items are not returnable.

Clearance sale items are non-returnable

Layaway Policy

20% of the value of the item must put towards it. You will have 60 Days to pay the balance. Item is held until final payment is made.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell or rent your name, address, email address or purchase history to any other person or company.
